Refund policy
We want every customer to love & enjoy their order. On the rare occasion something isn't right, we'll make it right, quickly and fairly.
Our 30-Day Care Guarantee
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. How your request is handled depends on what's going on with the item.
If your item arrived defective, damaged, or wrong, you're 100% covered.
Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we'll either send a replacement or issue a full refund (including original shipping) at your choice.
If you changed your mind or the fit isn't right
We'll refund you based on the condition of the item:
- Unused, unworn, with tags, in original packaging: full refund of the item price.
- Unused but missing tags or outside of original packaging: partial refund of the item price.
- Used, worn, or washed: not eligible for return, except in defect or damage cases.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers the return shipping cost, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
What's Not Returnable
1. Sale and clearance items
2. Gift cards
3. Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
4. Items sent back without prior authorization
How to Start a Return
1. Email support@myfleecies.com with the subject line "Return/Refund Request - Order #[your order number]". Include your reason for the return, and a photo if the item arrived damaged.
2. We'll review your request and reply within 1-3 business days. If approved for return, we'll send you a prepaid return label (for defects, damages, or our errors) or shipping instructions (for change-of-mind returns). If not approved for return, we'll supply another solution for you!
3. Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the return label or instructions.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll email you the outcome within 2 business days.
Please don't send items back without authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed and could be sent back to you at your expense.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange a size or color is to return the original and place a new order. As soon as your return is approved, the refund is processed and can go toward your new order.
If the item you have doesn't qualify for a full return but you still want a different size, color, or variant, contact us. In some cases we can offer a partial discount on a replacement order as a goodwill option.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. From there, your bank or card issuer typically takes another 5 to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.
If 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you still don't see it, please email us and we'll help you check with your bank or card issuer.
EU and UK Customers
If your order ships to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day of delivery to cancel your order and return it for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and you'll need proof of purchase. Standard return shipping rules apply.
