Shipping policy

We work hard to get every order to you as quickly as possible. So here's what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it lands on your doorstep!

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, and most ship the same or next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email the moment your order is placed, and a separate email with your tracking number as soon as your shipping label is created.

Pre-Sale Orders

Pre-sale items ship in the order they were placed, beginning the day the pre-sale closes. Once your pre-sale item ships, expect delivery within 3 to 10 business days in the US and Canada.

Delivery Times After Shipping

Delivery times vary by destination. The windows below are transit times after your order ships, not from the day you place it.

  • United States, Canada, Australia & New Zealand: most orders arrive in 5 to 12 business days once shipped, with some taking up to 14.
  • Other international destinations: most orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days once shipped, with some taking up to 18.

 

To estimate your total wait from the day you order, add 1 to 3 business days of processing to the windows above.

Multi-Item Orders

Some items ship from different fulfillment locations. If your order contains products from more than one collection, they may arrive on different days, and each shipment may have its own tracking number.

Peak Season

Order volumes are higher from September through February, and carriers run slower during this period. If you're ordering through the holidays, plan for transit times on the longer end of the windows above.

Carrier Disruptions

Occasionally a regional carrier experiences a strike, weather event, or service interruption that's outside our control. When this happens, we'll email affected customers directly and route shipments through alternate carriers wherever possible. If on the rare occasion you did not receive an email but your order is delayed, please reach out to support@myfleecies.com so we can give you a solution asap.

Duties and Taxes on International Orders

Orders shipping from our US warehouse to addresses outside the US may be subject to import duties or taxes assessed by the destination country's customs office. These fees are set by the destination country, not by us, and are the customer's responsibility.

Cancellations and Address Changes

If you need to cancel your order or correct your shipping address, please email us within 24 hours of ordering and before your tracking number has been generated. Once a package is in transit, we can't intercept it, and any package returned due to an incorrect address may incur a reshipping fee.

Lost or Stuck Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ business days, or your tracking shows delivered but you don't have the package, please email us. We'll find out what happened, and any package confirmed lost in transit will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you.

Shipping Cost Refunds

Once your order has shipped, the shipping cost itself is non-refundable.
